The personal training account (formerly the DIF) allows you to acquire rights in respect of your professional activity. Every year since 2015, your CPF rights are automatically registered according to your activity in the previous year. They are calculated from the declarations of your employer(s).

Unlike the DIF, the CPF is not under the responsibility of the company. Indeed, the latter does not have to give an agreement if the employee wishes to do his training outside working hours. The employee is also more active, because he or she manages his or her hours directly on moncompteactivite.gouv.fr, where the different types of training are listed.
