Study Tours: Taste

Level 3

Enjoy regional culinary excellence in the landof gastronomy.

Start your journey

The Berry, the hidden land of gastronomy. Wines from Valençay, Reuilly, Sancerre, Pouligny-Saint-Pierre cheese, potato pancakes, green lentils, croquets and shortbread… Let yourself be carried away by the abundance of flavours and discover the secret of how they’re made.

An native-speaker guide will accompany you throughout your language immersion program, which is tailored to your abilities and needs. Each newly acquired concept will be reused in workshops. You will learn your new language in the same way that you acquired your mother tongue: seeing – saying – doing – it’s as simple as that. Each learning point has been specially designed to untangle the complex cultural web of the Berry region. Your language guide will provide you with all the necessary resources so that you can fully participate in our workshops, excursions and guided tours.

After learning the specific vocabulary, you will get the chance to meet producers, follow a recipe, take a cooking class with a professional chef, taste fusion cuisine in a Michelin-starred restaurant, sample locally produced beers and wine.
